1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using ChromaVision Studios' facilities, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Studio Bookings

All studio bookings must be made in advance through our website or by phone. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due at the start of your session.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before session: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-shows: No refund and deposit forfeited

4. Studio Rules

Clients must:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Treat equipment and facilities with care
• Follow staff instructions regarding equipment use
• Not bring food or drinks into shooting areas
• Keep noise levels appropriate for a professional environment

5. Equipment Responsibility

Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities caused by negligence or misuse. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created in our studios remains the intellectual property of the client. ChromaVision Studios retains the right to use anonymized project examples for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

ChromaVision Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davao City.
